We love making custom orders if we can so feel free to reach out to us. We can combine different colours which you see in our store to make you a unique product. We can also increase or reduce the standard sizes of our pet feeders to fit your space.
We don't offer personalising our products currently with pet names on our feeders as we don't believe it works with the minimalist aesthetic of our designs. Saying that it is something we look at regularly if we could make it work in the future.

All of our dimensions are in centimetres as we are a UK based business. If converting to inches it is 2.54 cm to the inch.
All of our products are handmade to order and made from wood. This does mean that the forming process is slightly unique to each product when bending into shape and dimensions may vary up to 1.5 cm for a large / extra large dog feeder.
Please take this into account if the space it will be in is restricted and leave us a message at checkout and we can take care of this for you.

The laminates we use on our products are made to be used in high volume kitchen and bathroom areas. This means they are very tough and durable and with general use will not crack fade or splinter and are scratch resistant to a higher level than paint.
Use a damp soft cloth with a household kitchen cleaner applied to rub down. Then use a dry cloth to wipe this off and this will prevent water marks.
We use beeswax to seal the wood on the outsides and a pva sealent around bowl cut outs. We would advise re-applying beeswax every two or three years and re-buffering with a dry cloth to get the shine back on the surface and keep it impervious to liquids.

We do not offer gift wrapping. Our packaging and the product protection is all made from cardboard which can be re-cycled.

We make everything to order and our average lead time is 5-8 days.

We use tracked 2-3 day delivery services domestically in the UK.

Internationally we use FedEx, Parcelforce and DPD tracked services.

We contact you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If your order arrives with damage or a fault please contact us asap and include photographs of the damage and to any packaging which might look dented or ripped.

We can arrange a return label and will replace the order if it has been damaged in transit.

If the item arrives and you've discovered it isn't the correct size for your pet then we are happy for you to return it and we can make you a correctly sized replacement. You will need to pay for the shipping of the return and replacement.
