We are a small independent business based in Central Scotland, specialising in handmade wooden pet products, including raised dog bowl stands, cat feeders and other handmade pet accessories.

3. Our Products

We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information on our website are as accurate as possible.

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, grain, texture and appearance may occur. These natural or handmade variations are not considered defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustration. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your computer, tablet or phone screen.

Where product dimensions are provided, these are approximate.

We reserve the right to make minor design or production changes where necessary, provided that the product supplied remains materially as described.

4. Handmade-to-Order Products

Many of our products are handmade to order.

This means that production normally begins after your order has been received.

Please take particular care when selecting:

Where you request a personalised or customised product, we will make the product according to the information supplied by you.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

The price payable for a product is the price displayed on our website at the time you place your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. However, if we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and explain the situation.

Standard UK delivery is free, unless a different delivery charge is clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product or products selected by you.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.

An order is accepted when we have confirmed that we can fulfil it and have accepted payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

• We are unable to fulfil the order
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity
• The information supplied by the customer is incomplete or incorrect

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not have access to your complete payment card details.

Orders will normally only enter production once payment has been successfully authorised.

8. Delivery

We currently sell and deliver products through this website within the United Kingdom only.

Our products are handmade to order and we normally aim to make and dispatch orders within 6–8 working days.

Once dispatched, orders are normally sent using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.

Please allow approximately 8–12 working days in total from the date of order for your product to be made, dispatched and delivered.

These are estimated times rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, adverse weather, periods of exceptionally high demand or other events affecting the delivery network.

9. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when placing your order is complete and accurate.

We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

10. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website.

Where an order has not yet entered production, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

13. Personalised and Customised Products

Some of our products can be personalised or made to specific dimensions requested by the customer.

Where a product has been made specifically to your requirements, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected by the personalised or customised nature of the product.
